• Kette Junzuki Sando Zuki
• Kette Gyakuzuki
• Kette Junzuki No Tsukkomi

• Nagashizuki

Keri Waza

• Maegeri – Draw back leading hip – Mawashigeri chudan.
• Mawashigeri Chudan – Sokuto chudan – Kekeashi Chudan.
• Mikazuki Geri Chudan.
• Ushirogeri Chudan.

Renraku Waza

• Okuri Jodanski - Chudan Gyakuzuki - Ashibarai Chudanski - Gyakuzuki Nagashi - Tsugiashi Mawashigeri Chudan - Gyakuzuki Chudan Nagashi - Furiken Jodan - Uraken Jodan.

• Okuri Nidozuki Ashi Jodan - Ayumi Gyakuzuki Chudan Nagashi - Surikomi Maigeri Chudan - Uraken Jodan - Furiken Uchi Chudan/Jodan - Hiza Geri Chudan.
• Tsugi Ashi Barai - Chudan Gyakuzuki - Hiza Geri – Tobikomizuki Jodan (moving back and off line) - Ushirogeri Chudan - Uraken Jodan.

Kumite Gata

• 1^st Dan : 1, 7 &  15
• 2^nd Dan: 14 & 15
• 3^rd Dan: Any 3 from 1 - 7
• 4^th Dan: Any 3 from 1 - 10

Kihon Gumite

• 1^st Dan: 1, 4 & 5
• 2^nd Dan: 1, 6 & 8
• 3^rd Dan: Any 3 from 1 - 7
• 4^th Dan: Any 3 from 1 - 10

Tanto Dori

• 3^rd Dan: 1 & 6
• 4^th Dan: 2  & 7

Kata

• 1^st Dan: Chinto & Seishan Kata + any Pinan Kata chosen by the panel.
• 2^nd Dan: Kushanku & Naihanchi Kata + any Pinan Kata chosen by the panel.
• 3^rd Dan: Basai & Rohai Kata + any Pinan Kata chosen by the panel.
• 4^th Dan: Jion & Wanshu Kata + any Pinan Kata chosen by the panel.

Jiyu Kumite

Hekki Shiken (Written Test)

Criteria for Dan Grade

• For 1^st Dan grade student must have had at least 9 months of continuous & serious training since their 1^st kyu grade.
• For 2^nd Dan grade a student must have had at least 18 months of continuous and serious training since 1^st Dan.
• For 3^rd Dan a student must have had at least 3 years of continuous and serious training since 2^nd Dan.
• For 4^th Dan a student must have had at least 5 years of continuous and serious training since 3^rd Dan.

All students must have attended one 2 day course (Summer, Winter etc), and one 1 day course (Pre Dan etc) within a year of the intended grading date.
